Our Story

Why We Started
Titan Welding Products

Before Titan existed, our founder spent nearly 15 years in the welding equipment industry — designing, sourcing, and installing welding lab equipment for schools and facilities across the country. He knew what made a booth great. He also knew what was missing.

Too many products on the market were built to a price, not a standard. Sheet metal gauges that couldn't handle daily industrial use. Designs that prioritized how they looked in a catalog over how they functioned in a lab. And no one who would stand behind their product when something went wrong.

Titan Welding Products was founded in 2019 to fix that. Every design decision starts with the question: what do instructors, students, and facility managers actually need? The answer drives everything from material selection to install procedures.

We're based in Louisburg, North Carolina, and we handle every phase of a project ourselves — design, fabrication, and installation. When you work with Titan, you're talking to the same people who build and install your equipment.

Consultation & Design

We start by understanding your space, your program, and your goals. Floor plans, student count, ventilation requirements, ADA needs — we take it all into account before putting pen to paper.

Engineering & Fabrication

Your booths are engineered and fabricated at our facility in Louisburg, NC. Steel is cut, welded, and powder coated to your spec. No outside manufacturing. No surprises.

Delivery & Installation

Our crew handles delivery and complete installation — including booth assembly, ventilation duct runs, electrical coordination, curtain installation, and final walkthrough with your team.

Ongoing Support

We're available after the install. Replacement parts, program expansion, layout changes — you know who to call, and you're talking to the people who built it.
